Working with one of Huntsman's repeat clients, you will be working for a household name in the Project and Cost Management market, specializing in Industrial and Logistics projects.

The firm handles interesting and complex schemes, maintains a strong work ethic, industry-leading professionals, and promotes training, professional development, and setting industry standards.

Based in London with offices across the UK and Europe, you will be part of their Project Management division, servicing clients in the Industrial and Logistics sector on new build warehouses for Property Developers. Opportunities in Residential and Data Centres are also available.

Current projects include installing mezzanine floors in existing assets and implementing automation systems.

Candidates should have:

• Understanding of JCT Contracts
• Experience in private sector new build projects (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Data Centres preferred)
• Experience with Built Environment Consultancy or Property Development
• Full Driving License
• Experience as a Contract Administrator or Employers' Agent
