Job Description:

Working with one of Huntsman's repeat clients, you will be working for a household name in the Project and Cost Management market, focusing on Industrial and Logistics projects.

This firm handles interesting and complex schemes and promotes a strong work ethic, industry leadership, training, and professional development.

Located in London, with offices across the UK and Europe, you will be part of their Project Management division, servicing clients in the Industrial and Logistics sector on new build warehouses for property developers. Opportunities in Residential and Data Centres are also available.

Current projects include installing new mezzanine floors in existing assets and implementing automation systems.

Candidates should have:

• Understanding of JCT Contracts
• Experience with private sector new build projects (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Data Centres preferred)
• Experience in Built Environment Consultancy or Property Development
• Full Driving License
• Experience in contract administration or as an employer's agent

The role offers a salary up to £65,000 plus benefits including a bonus, pension, private healthcare, and additional perks.
