You will manage timelines, budgets, design development, CDM/H&S on site, and stakeholder liaison, with hybrid office-based work and occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects on major works
• Knowledge of building regulations, CDM and H&S on site
• Ability to plan timelines, resources and budgets

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion
• Plan timelines, resources, and budgeting
• Liaise with architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Manage costing, estimations, budget tracking and reporting
• Maintain documentation (H&S, specifications, contract administration) and progress tracking
• Conduct site visits and report to Directors
