Job Description:

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Construction Project Manager will provide project management services to deliver real estate projects in accordance with health and safety standards, programme requirements, budget, and quality standards, while mitigating risks and seeking opportunities for improvement.

This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week on-site at Bicester Village.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage small to medium-sized development projects, including brand, customer, and staff-facing projects, as well as maintenance projects, overseeing all RIBA stages (0-7) and internal approvals.
  • Ensure project delivery meets standards and complies with company policies and legislation.
  • Manage project scope, programme, and budget, including handling changes.
  • Address issues proactively to prevent project delays or problems.

Candidate Profile:

We value entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and risk-taking. To succeed, you should have:

  • Qualifications in Project Management and H&S are desirable; relevant study support available.
  • Approximately 5 years of project management experience.
  • Understanding of luxury retail and/or hospitality environments.
  • Experience in sustainability/ESG initiatives in construction.
  • Experience setting up project structures, including teams, responsibilities, and communication strategies.
