Job summary

Fellows Construction Consultants Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time permanent role, with consideration for candidates in Birmingham or London. You will manage projects from inception to completion, prepare proposals and tender submissions, control budgets, and maintain quality and documentation across the team.

The role requires coordinating with clients, the supply chain, and programme managers, delivering deliverables on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Candidates will be qualified or progressing with a degree standard qualification.
• Desirable experience of working on construction projects.
• Desirable if Chartered / Qualified or working towards MRICS, MCIOB, APM.
• Desirable Prince 2 or Managing Successful Programmes qualification.
• Desirable have a CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Provide full project management service to the client.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion with plans and strategies.
• Attend client interviews and present proposals and tender submissions.
• Manage budgets and ensure adherence to the quality management system.
• Set up and maintain project files; control documentation.
• Plan, monitor and manage the team’s work; report progress and risks.
• Administer change control procedures and produce checkpoint reports.
• Liaise with supply chain, client, and programme management teams.
