Job summary

Connect Transform Sustain (CTS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept through to completion in Warrenpoint, County Down, Northern Ireland. The role centers on delivering on-time results, coordinating with client representatives, design teams and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a construction-related field.
• Experience leading Planned & Response construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Planned & Response construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure on-time delivery and coordinate with client reps, design team and subcontractors.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Develop detailed programmes and sequences of works.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality compliance on site.
• Attend on-site meetings and produce progress reports.
