Location: Hertfordshire (office 2 days per week + UK-wide travel)

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + £4,000 car allowance + up to 18% bonus + share options + benefits

WeareseekingadrivenandpersonableConstructionProjectManagertojoinacollaborativeandgrowingRealEstateInvestmentTrustspecialisingintheindustrial&storagesectors.ReportingtotheHeadofConstruction,youwillberesponsibleformanagingaportfolioofcapitalenhancementandrefurbishmentprojectsacrossanestablishedUK-widepropertyestate.

Thisisalong-termcareerroleforsomeonewhoisenthusiastic,customer-facing,andkeentobroadentheirexperiencebeyondsitedelivery.Youwillworkaspartofasmall,supportiveconstructionteam(currentlyfourpeople)withinawider30-strongpropertyfunctionthatoperatesacrosstheUKandEurope.

• Annualinvestmentof£3–3.5macrossexistingstock
• Receptionrefurbishments,signageupgrades,structuralrepairs,andsmall-to-mediumrefurbishments
• Largeprogrammeofroofreplacements(15plannedthisyear)
• Potentialprogressionintolarger-scaleprojects,includingnewbuilds(£5–7mtypicalvalue),forthoseshowingtherightaptitudeandambition

KeyResponsibilities

• Deliverrefurbishment,enhancement,andextensionprojectsontime,withinbudget,andtothehigheststandards
• Lead,coordinate,andmotivateexternalconsultants,contractors,andconstructionpartners
• Ensureprojectsarecompliantwithlegislation,contracts,andHealth&Safetyrequirements
• Workcollaborativelywithoperationsandcross-functionalteams,ensuringminimaldisruptiontocustomersandsiteteams
• Monitorsupplierandconsultantperformancetomaintainconsistentlyhighstandards
• Preparebudgets,reports,andprojectupdatesforseniorstakeholders
