The Role:
The Project Manager will become an integral part of a small estates team who oversee an exquisite private school. The role will involve the planning and management of both their capital projects programme and their planned preventative maintenance programme. Projects will cover a range of refurbishments and fabric enhancements across education, office, laboratory, sports and ancillary buildings. You will have responsibility for the planning, tender and administration of the external consultant and contractor teams under JCT minor works contracts.
There will be high level reporting and decision making with senior stakeholders and close liaison with the wider faculty teams. They are looking for a proactive individual who will oversee multiple projects across the estate and who has a focus on asset protection, heritage and regeneration.
