Overview

We have an amazing opportunity for a Construction Project Manager. The role includes the redevelopment of existing buildings, new build, and mixed-use schemes. The project manager should have a background in management, budgeting and analysis, with QS skills advantageous. RICS qualifications are preferred but not essential. You will report directly to the managing director and will learn every aspect of self-storage.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, fit-out, refurbishments and building project management across projects from cradle to grave
• Oversee redevelopment of existing buildings, new build projects and mixed-use schemes
• Lead budgeting, analysis and coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Utilise appropriate software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) to plan and track project progress

Qualifications

• Track record in construction, fit-out, refurbishments and building project management
• Experience in new-build steel portal frame projects
• Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
• Knowledge of and experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project
• RICS qualifications preferred but not essential

You Will Receive

• 40,000 basic salary with OTE 50,000 to 70,000 (via project completion bonus)
• 250 referral bonus
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
