Established in 1985 by current Managing Director Mark Smith, the company has built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large-scale projects up to £20m.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases, from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaison with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure quality, deadlines, and budget are met.
