The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and expertise in project documentation. This role requires a focus on customer service and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Valid Maine Driver’s License and OSHA 10 & 30 experience.
  • Experience making estimates for materials and time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 5-10 commercial painting projects.
  • Document plans, specifications, addendums, SK’s and ASI.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors.
