Job Introduction

Are you a dynamic and motivated Project Manager looking for a unique opportunity? Landmarc is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. We specialise in delivering a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the Defence Training Estate, playing a vital role in boosting military training capability through infrastructure delivery.

Salary: Up to £51,530 + £500 Monthly Car Allowance

Contract: Fixed Term (1 Year) with potential for long-term opportunities

Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS

Closing Date: 22nd April 2025

Main Responsibility

1. Manage and steer a portfolio of up to 30 projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projects.
3. Oversee project design, planning, and execution.
4. Liaise with statutory bodies for necessary approvals and permits.
5. Manage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual compliance.

The Ideal Candidate

1. Holds an HNC or equivalent in construction, project management, or a related field.
2. Has proven background working in managing construction or hard FM projects.
3. Possesses excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
4. Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Is proficient in IT tools, including MS Project.
