Project Manager role:
Managing a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK and overseas, including building, fit out, civil engineering, and residential schemes. Responsible for various project management duties.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Managing projects on behalf of clients, mainly at the Pre-Construction stage.
Overall project management and stakeholder coordination.
Chairing meetings and following up with stakeholders on actions, notes, procedures, and deadlines.
Assembling external design teams.
Coordinating and reviewing all design drawings for various schemes.
Advising clients and contractors on design changes.
Ensuring project data is correctly formatted.
Preparing reports for presentation.
Managing deadlines and communication with stakeholders and contractors.
Collaborating closely with the commercial team.
