Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position covering project values between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.

The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, managing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. The role also involves overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within budget.

Experience and Qualifications required

• Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Project
• Strong commitment to quality, with a history of repeat business over the last 40 years
• Successful people management skills and excellent communication abilities
• Good IT skills and a minimum SMSTS qualification
