A leading research institution in Norwich is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the Next Generation Infrastructure programme. You will play a key role in delivering construction projects and supporting departmental objectives. Candidates should hold a degree in a construction-related field and have essential project management skills. The salary ranges from £44,500 to £49,300 based on qualifications and experience.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the Directorate Department, to support delivery of the Next Generation Infrastructure programme, which will redevelop the John Innes Centre and Sainsbury Laboratory estate.
Background: The Programme Management Office (PMO) within John Innes Centre (JIC) is established to deliver the Next Generation Infrastructure (NGI) programme of work involving various physical and soft projects, and business change/improvement activities across JIC and The Sainsbury Laboratory (TSL). The impact will primarily be across JIC and TSL who are joint principal stakeholders responsible for delivering the shared benefits.
The programme has received funding in excess of £300m from UKRI Biotechnical & Biological Sciences Research Council (UKRI BBSRC) along with other grants from John Innes Foundation, University of East Anglia, Gatsby Foundation and Wolfson Trust.
£44,500 - £49,300 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
