Job Description:

The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by current Managing Director Mark Smith, HACS has built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large-scale projects up to £20m.

Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.

The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases, from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and sub-contractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing procurement of materials and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of quality projects within budget.

Experience and Qualifications required

• Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Successful people management and excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
