The Company
A regional contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. The company focuses on Industrial and Commercial new build projects, experiencing annual turnover growth and employing over 50 staff.
With a busy 2025 ahead, the company is expanding its construction team to meet project demands. They are looking for a Project Manager with a Main Contractor background to support the team
The role
Join a leading Regional Contractor as a Project Manager overseeing new build commercial & industrial projects.
You will be site-based.

All sites are 1 hour from Milton Keynes
Key responsibilities:
* Lead daily site operations, managing site teams, subcontractors and direct labour.
* Develop, monitor and update project programmes and schedules.
* Manage project budgets, procurement and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, supply chain and local stakeholders.
* Chair regular site meetings and produce progress reports.
* Deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification.
* Promote a positive, collaborative working culture on site.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment.
* Strong background delivering new build projects, ideally valued between £5m–£15m.
* Industrial or commercial experience.
* Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
* Solid understanding of construction methods, HSEQ and project management best practice.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
* Full UK driving licence.
