Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00/annual

This position will work closely with our Project Management team and be the main point of contact with our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to read and understand the full parameters of the project scope.
2. Ability to understand the project estimate and qualifications.
3. Ability to perform subcontractor buy-out and contract issuance.
4. Develop project schedule, conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and work closely with Project Superintendent to lead project to successful completion, on time and budget.
5. Ability to work closely with subcontractors and maintain accountability at all times.
6. Manage workloads of multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and design professionals.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years with a general contractor or construction management firm.
2. Experience managing commercial ground-up, renovation, and site work projects.
3. Comprehensive understanding of trades, scopes, timelines, and scheduling/sequencing of work.
4. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
5. Successful leadership, decision-making, sound judgment, and delegation skills.
6. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
7. Outstanding time management, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
8. Advanced computer software skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and Procore.
