Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

This position reports directly to our Project Management team and serves as the primary contact for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the full scope of projects and project estimates.
• Manage subcontractor buy-outs and contract issuance.
• Develop project schedules and conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accountability and foster positive relationships with subcontractors, clients, and design professionals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Experience managing commercial ground-up, renovation, and site work projects.
• Strong understanding of trades, scopes, timelines, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and Procore.
