A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage multiple refurbishment projects in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and knowledge of CDM regulations, with a relevant qualification in construction or civil engineering. This position offers a daily rate of £339 through an umbrella company for a duration of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Extensive Project Management experience and knowledge of CDM regulations.
• HNC/D or degree-level qualification in Construction, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related field.

Construction Project Manager

Venn Group is working with a leading University to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to successfully lead multiple refurbishment projects.

Daily rate: £339.00 through an umbrella company

Duration: 6 months

Location: London

The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver refurbishment and M&E reinstatement works ranging from £10K to £2M
• Coordinate multiple contractors, internal workstreams and technical specialists
• Chair project meetings and sub-contractor coordination sessions
• Ensure detailed technical documentation, progress reporting and compliance tracking
• Develop and manage the master programme of works
• Ensure adherence to CDM, building regulations, and safety protocols; author and review Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
• Review and challenge sub-contractor method statements, RAMS, commissioning protocols and sign-off documents

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive Project Management experience and knowledge of CDM regulations
• HNC/D or degree-level qualification in Construction, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related field
