Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Development

Join our dynamic team at LJMU as a Project Manager in Capital Development. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of capital development, building, and refurbishment projects, from inception to operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects to meet goals related to development, reorganization, and refurbishment of campus areas.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  3. Develop innovative solutions to address project challenges and mitigate risks related to time, cost, and quality.
  4. Support the University's commitment to the Climate Change Action Plan, aiming for net zero carbon by 2035.
