Job description

Logical Personnel Solutions is currently representing a national contractor seeking a freelance construction project manager.

This role is inside IR35, therefore it is CIS / Self Employed or PAYE only.

The position is ideally based along the M62 Corridor, from Manchester to Hull, with flexible working arrangements (3 days at home, 2 days on-site).

The projects vary in value from £100k to £500k and include boiler upgrades, roofing projects, and electrical schemes.

The role requires the following qualifications and certifications:

• SMSTS
• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid Certification
• Asbestos Awareness
• Level 6 Diploma or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS or DBS as a minimum
