Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This permanent role involves managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases, from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, overseeing health and safety, scheduling, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure quality, deadlines, and budget are met.
