Bigblue Search Ltd is seeking an experienced D&B Project Manager to lead high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in London, from pre-construction through to handover.

You will manage multiple projects up to £5m+, ensuring programmes, commercial performance and quality are met while collaborating with clients, consultants and site teams. This hands-on role offers real ownership and a meaningful impact within a growing business.

D&B Project Manager - Fit Out & Refurbishment

We're currently working with an established D&B contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager into their team as they continue to take on new work across London.

The business delivers high-end commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging from £500k to £5m+, with a strong amount of repeat business and a growing order book.

This is a hands-on PM role where you'll have real ownership of your projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You'll work directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the site team, with responsibility for keeping projects commercially and operationally on track.
