Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, involved in all project phases from Pre-Construction to on-site management. Responsibilities include managing internal staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, client and architect liaison, and overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
