Buildtonic is a rapidly growing construction firm with an expanding portfolio across both residential and commercial sectors. We specialise in large-scale renovations, extensions, and new builds. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to strengthen our management team.

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager with extensive experience in the residential construction sector. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple residential construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure strong communication across all levels
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure all work meets Buildtonic's high standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project management tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
• Experience with commercial projects is a plus
