Job Title: Project Manager

Location: RAF Fairford

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our clients team working on a range of critical infrastructure projects within their Civil Infrastructure and Utilities Group. Your future development will be actively supported with access to our clients full range of training, development tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex, high-risk projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and provide guidance to ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Drive compliance with quality management systems and efficiency across projects.
  • Oversee project planning, risk management, and commercial arrangements, including NEC contract administration.
  • Support business development, cross-selling, and work-winning activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in STEM or related disciplines and a professional qualification in project management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
  • NEC accreditation in Project Management (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven experience managing large infrastructure projects, ideally within Defence Infrastructure or similar sectors.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk, planning, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel between sites as required.

Additional Information:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least five years.
  • Security clearance (SC level) eligibility is advantageous.
