Role Description

This is a full-time, in office or hybrid role, for a Construction Project Manager at Tikari Works. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing construction budgets, overseeing construction processes, reviewing site health and safety, organising procurement and ensuring smooth project delivery. This role is office based, working out of our London Bridge office, with a significant time spent on sites that are currently concentrated in South London. Our immediate need is for assistance in the development of a 9-unit Passivhaus certified apartment block which is set to go on site September 2025. Other sites such as a single family house and larger residential scheme to follow.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Construction Management skills
  • Experience spent 'on tools' beneficial
  • Background in construction or building surveying mandatory
  • Relevant degree or related vocational qualification mandatory
  • Demonstrate good understanding of building cost and budgeting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of sustainable construction practices highly beneficial
  • Energetic with a passion for making and an eye for quality
  • Able to start by April 2025
  • Salary commensurate upon experience
