Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position covering project values between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.

The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, managing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management, including overseeing internal staff and sub-contractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing materials and sub-contract procurement to ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on time, and within budget.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Successful people management and excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
