We are seeking a talented Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Your adaptability, reliability, and trustworthiness will be key in this position. Please note this is a full-time role based out of our Aberdeen HQ.

Responsibilities

1. Provide vital support to the Engineering Manager and Operations Team, assisting with day-to-day construction and engineering inquiries
2. Develop competent tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
3. Skillfully price construction tenders, optimising cost-effectiveness
4. Manage the procurement and ordering of materials essential for project execution
5. Produce reports and specifications to ensure precise project documentation
6. Apply and uphold the Enerpro Quality System to ensure project integrity
7. Conduct onshore and offshore surveys to gather critical data for project planning and execution
8. Prepare project plans, estimations, cost assessments, and implementation strategies while effectively managing manpower allocation
9. Efficiently manage and control projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
10. Demonstrate competence in offshore surveys, applying your expertise to project requirements
11. Utilise Microsoft Project to support project design and planning
12. Undertake all aspects of project management, ensuring successful project execution
13. Uphold and follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

1. Time served apprenticeship in either Fabrication, Pipefitting, or Welding with minimum 5 years of experience preferred
2. Relevant experience in project engineering within the Oil & Gas industry
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
4. Strong written and spoken communication skills for effective collaboration within project teams
5. Proven experience in offshore surveys, including creating Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
6. Ability to create construction and design tenders that meet project specifications
