Salary: £100k+ (DOE)

4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced construction professional to join a leading main contractor's Special Works division at Director level. This is an opportunity to work alongside a well-established director and lead a team of 15-20.

The Special Works division focuses on high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects ranging from £50k to £4m, delivering around 15-25 projects annually. They have a strong reputation for delivering complex, bespoke schemes across the commercial and high-end residential sectors.
