Graduate Project Coordinator - Construction & Property Development
Location: Bradford / Halifax (office and site-based)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in construction and property development?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established, family-run business where you'll play a hands-on role in delivering residential property projects from start to finish.

THE ROLE

You'll work closely with the Managing Director, gaining experience across all stages of development - from initial planning and design to procurement and final handover. It's the perfect role if you want variety, responsibility, and the chance to see the impact of your work on real homes and communities.

What you'll be doing...

  • Assisting with the development and management of project programmes
  • Supporting specification agreements and procurement processes
  • Monitoring budgets, timelines, and progress on site
  • Identifying risks and helping to resolve issues
  • Coordinating with contractors, designers, and suppliers
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
ABOUT YOU
  • A degree in a construction-related discipline (or similar experience)
  • Background in Site Management, Engineering, or Architecture welcomed
  • Enthusiasm for property development and construction
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a positive mindset
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software would be an advantage
  • A clean driving licence
