Project Accountant – Located in Clearwater, FL, with offices in Birmingham and Fairhope, Alabama. Park & Eleazer Construction is a growing company specializing in commercial construction with a high end residential/multifamily division.

What you will be doing
- Assist the Project Manager in creation and delivery of monthly owner billings
- Review and prepare documents required for timely payment of billing and invoices, supporting project financial reviews and communicating cost overruns to the appropriate functions
- Coordinate all project costs from invoice to payment
- Manage all subcontractor requirements including insurance and releases
- Assist Project Manager with contracts, change orders, NTO log and close outs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with various team members including the Project Management Team, the Accounting Team, Subcontractors, Owners, Architects and other business partners
What is for this position
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- QuickBooks or other accounting software experience
- Procore or other project management software experience
- Experience with AIA documents, lien waivers, etc
