Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Programmer to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Exeter office.

As our Construction Programmer, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and updating construction schedules.
2. Coordinating site routes and layout plans with Construction Managers.
3. Tracking project progress through regular reports and site visits.
4. Maintaining key tracking systems such as the Build Sales Tracker, Milestone Tracker, and Timber Frame schedules.
5. Collaborating with senior management on EOTs, LADs, and other contractual obligations.
