Sphere Solutions are recruiting an experienced Construction Planner to join an established contractor delivering major construction projects. You will develop, maintain and monitor detailed programmes using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, liaising with Project Managers, Site Managers and senior management.

The role requires proven planning expertise in a main contractor setting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with delivery teams to mitigate risks

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Construction Planner in a main contractor environment.
• Strong construction planning and programming experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and project delivery.
• Experience managing programmes from pre-construction through to completion.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with site and project management teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Produce baseline programmes, updates and detailed short-term programmes.
• Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays.
• Work closely with site teams to ensure programme information reflects actual progress.
• Analyse critical path, programme risks and key project milestones.
• Produce progress reports and programme updates for project teams and senior management.
• Assist with project planning, sequencing and resource requirements.
• Identify potential programme issues and work with delivery teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Support commercial and project teams with programme information and reporting.
• Attend progress and planning meetings with clients, consultants and project teams.
