We have a great opportunity for a Construction Planner to join our team within Vistry Kent based at our office in West Malling. As a Construction Planner, you will support the Construction Department and collaborate with other departments (Development, Technical, Finance, and Commercial) throughout all project phases. This role may involve working on one or multiple projects as needed.

About the Construction Planner role:

• Develop and maintain a unified planning system for the Construction department
• Assist in preparing and updating construction and preconstruction programmes
• Contribute to logistics plans, visual time slices, and tender presentations
• Support the creation of 3D models
• Help prepare Construction and Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs)
• Create progress reports and schedules in Excel
• Update project progress reports and maintain programme records
• Gather feedback from sites to improve programme accuracy
• Visit sites to understand construction methods and verify progress
