Location: Belfast

On behalf of my client, I am actively recruiting for Planners of all levels to work on ongoing projects across Belfast/Northern Ireland. My client is a construction/building company delivering high-end projects across Northern Ireland.

You will report to the Contracts Director and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective planning and programming systems on all projects, monitoring and reporting on the progress of works throughout each project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Estimating team with tender documentation, including programmes, logistics plans, and method statements.
• Contribute proactively at internal adjudication meetings and post-tender client meetings.
• Prepare comprehensive planning information for new project start-ups, including procurement, design, manufacture, and construction programmes, in conjunction with the project team.
• Update project programmes regularly to inform the project and senior management teams.
• Conduct critical path analysis and advise the project team on changes to priorities and threats, recommending actions or adjustments to meet targets.
• Prepare claim information in case of delays.
• Control and record programme revisions.
