About the Role of Design Manager:

Temp to Perm opportunity for a Construction Planner in Kent paying a competitive day rate.

This is an opportunity to work with a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a large £140 million Government project.

I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for a Construction Planner to join their team. This role offers both site-based and remote working options. As a Construction Planner, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Planning Director, Regional Planner Director, and Construction Director.

Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various schemes across London, Surrey, and Kent in sectors such as new build, remediation, and refurbishment.
