Planner / Construction Planner *Reputable Building Main Contractor*

Location - West Midlands

This company has a very strong order book for 2021 and 2022, with long-term local regional projects in the West Midlands.

Company

Opportunity to join a reputable building and residential main contractor, working as part of a close-knit team on a range of low-rise and high-rise residential projects.

Role

Mix of office and site visits, working at preconstruction stage and on live works on construction projects. Software in use is Asta.

Requirements

• Previous employment as a Planner or Site Manager / Engineer with exposure to Scheduling and Programming.
• Experience on construction/building projects such as Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, MOJ, Residential, or Leisure.
• Previous employment with a main contractor.
• Proficiency in planning software, ideally Asta Powerproject, and other MS packages.
• Tender planning experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Confident, well-organized, results-driven, with high communication and client-facing skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC, etc.).

Remuneration

The successful Planner will receive:

• £45,000 - £55,000 (Dependent on experience)
