• Building and developing client relationships, referrer networks and internal cross-referral routes.
• Supporting wider firm growth through marketing, profile-raising and business development activity.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing team members as the department grows.
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently, with clear cost communication and strong client care.
• Maintaining strong financial management across WIP, billing and cash collection.

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £100,000 to £150,000 (plus bonus and benefits)

Our client is looking to appoint a Construction Partner to establish and grow a construction offering in Altrincham. The remit is broad, with a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, and the autonomy to shape the department from the ground up.
