Construction NQ Solicitor - Birmingham

This national firm is expanding and seeks an NQ to join their busy construction team.

Based in Birmingham, the team has a strong reputation and promotes a positive culture with a good work-life balance.

You will be involved in high-quality, complex adjudication and litigation construction matters, providing strategic advice and flexible dispute resolution solutions, including mediation. There is also an opportunity to undertake non-contentious work if desired, but it is not a requirement.

Clients include national developers, contractors, well-known housebuilders, and major housing associations in social housing.

You will also participate in business development, networking, and marketing activities.
