We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West. This role offers valuable experience and skill development in projects such as civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute daily construction tasks on industrial sites
• Support project team activities
• Perform DIY and general building maintenance (tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, electrical works)
• Carry out construction tasks safely and efficiently
• Follow safe working practices and report hazards or faulty equipment
• Provide daily updates on construction progress

• Experience in a similar role
• Proactive approach to site construction and maintenance
• Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, basic plumbing and electrical work
• Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
