We are seeking a motivated Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support project managers and site supervisors.

Role Summary:

You will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West, gaining experience in civils, fit-out, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily construction tasks supporting projects on industrial sites.
• Assist project teams.
• Perform DIY & general building maintenance such as tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and electrical works.
• Carry out construction tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or faulty equipment.
• Provide daily updates on construction progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in similar roles.
• Ability to use initiative for site construction and maintenance.
• Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Good communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and organize work effectively.
