Location: Bromborough, Wirral

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.

Role Summary:

As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will play a key role in supporting various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for Construction Multi-Skilled Operatives to gain valuable experience and develop skills in projects which may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites
• Provide support to project team
• DIY & general building maintenance, such as tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electrical works
• Carry out construction tasks efficiently and safely
• Comply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment and potential hazards
• Provide thorough daily updates regarding the progression of construction tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to use initiative to achieve proactive site construction/maintenance
• General maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery, and basic plumbing/electrical
• Good communication skills, as this will be a client-facing role
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
