Job summary

Holcim is offering a Construction Materials Technician Apprentice (Level 3) on-site role in which you will split time between testing on site and in the lab, visiting multiple locations nearby to support your professional progression.

You will gain a recognised qualification while learning how to sample, test and report on the quality of our sand, aggregates and bituminous products, contributing to roads, buildings and communities.

Responsibilities

• You will sample, test and report on the quality of our sand, aggregates and bituminous products.
• You’ll gain hands-on experience taking samples and carrying out tests in our laboratory systems.
• You will learn how to spot and report any issues, help investigate early product concerns and support the team in keeping equipment well maintained and calibrated.
• You’ll work closely with experienced technicians who will coach you as you build your knowledge, develop your technical skills and start providing support to colleagues and customers.
