Gipping is a regional construction company delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. We are seeking a motivated Marketing Apprentice to start a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience within the construction industry.

You will support the marketing and business development team across digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and internal communications, working toward a recognised marketing qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSEs level 5 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn.
• Interest in marketing, communications, and digital media.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Interest in construction, architecture, sustainability, or the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
• Help develop project case studies, news articles, and company updates.
• Support the production of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and award submissions.
• Monitor and update website content to ensure information remains accurate and engaging.
• Capture and organise project photography, videos, and marketing assets.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications.
• Support the organisation of company events, exhibitions, careers fairs, and community engagement activities.
• Help track marketing performance and prepare basic reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain project information and ensure branding consistency.
