Overview

EPC Construction Manager. Our client is a well established global manufacturer of power/combustion equipment for the petrochemical/oil & gas industry. The ROLE: an EPC Construction Team Manager to build a division responsible for multimillion dollar construction projects, from initiation to completion within the EMEA region. This includes coordinating, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the work of construction crews and subcontractors. The role requires a flexible and dynamic individual with a passion to deliver complex engineering and construction projects worldwide. Responsible for the development and growth of the construction team and installation business across EMEA. Considerable travelling will be involved; it is estimated that about half of time will be spent in the office and the other half on site.

The Location: North Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire, Rutland area. Salary is dependent on experience and comes with an excellent package.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the establishment and growth of the construction division to manage multimillion dollar EPC projects from initiation to completion in the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and resources; supervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Travel as required (approximately 50% travel; time split between office and site).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and client requirements.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a similar EPC environment, particularly in oil & gas/combustion/EPC construction and commissioning.
  • Strong team management skills and technical proficiency.
  • Experience in petrochemical/oil & gas construction environments.
  • Willingness to travel; ability to work effectively both on-site and in an office setting when not on site.
