Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on-site personnel on a busy construction site.
  • Lead by example — set, monitor, and enforce safety standards and high-quality work.
  • Take responsibility for health and safety on site.
  • Ensure employees have relevant training and expertise to work safely and professionally.
  • Manage labor resources on site for efficiency.
  • Maintain discipline, report incidents, and take appropriate action.
  • Manage and train apprentices according to relevant training programs.
  • Use purchasing systems to acquire materials cost-effectively.
  • Reduce costs wherever possible.
  • Assist in system handover to the client.

Experience Required:

  • Over 2 years of management experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Technical understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Proactive approach to EHS, Quality, Commercial, and Project Planning.
