Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across a key region from our Basingstoke or Woking offices, covering the M4 Corridor from Swindon to West London. You will drive safety, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with customers, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You'll coach installation teams, oversee resources and performance, and champion continuous improvement to uphold KONE's high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Construction Manager, Installation Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering projects within construction, engineering, infrastructure, lift & escalator, or other installation-led environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of health and safety within construction or engineering environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Job description

KONE is looking for a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across a key region, overseeing multiple projects, driving team performance, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery for our customers.

This is a leadership role with real impact. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Installation Engineers, customers, and contractors to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the high standards KONE is known for.

Based from our Basingstoke or Woking office | Covering the M4 Corridor from Swindon to West London.
