The role – what is it we would like you to do?

Currie & Brown is currently seeking a Construction Manager for our hospitality project in Liguria.

Your core duties will involve:
  • Supporting the project lead in managing the design and construction phases of multi-site projects.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, property services, designers, contractors, FM, and security consultants.
  • Leading the coordination of the customer fit-out against the client’s design guidelines and constraints.
  • Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
  • Setting objectives and priorities proactively as part of a team.
  • Maintaining effective communication for successful project completion and liaising with managers for financial control.
  • Assisting with commercial management services.
  • Ensuring all work outputs are accurate and timely.
  • Supporting cost management efforts.
  • Representing the company professionally, engaging with clients to build strong relationships.

  • Experience in technical delivery within the construction industry.
  • Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, and commercially savvy.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible.
  • BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying, or equivalent.
